After reading the reviews and looking at what had to be a hundred other iPod touch cases, I decided to get this one. I am definitely glad I went with Agent18 for my case, it's sturdy and it is a PERFECT fit for the touch. It even came with a stand and a screen slip, unfortunately I ruined the slip by dropping it on the floor (covered in dog hair), but it seemed once again like a perfect fit. Access to buttons and dock port is wonderful, I absolutely love this case and this company!

Choosing a protective case for your iPod touch is no easy feat. There are literally hundreds of options available out there. However, I am so thankful to say that I found this case with relative ease on Amazon, and I'm SO glad I purchased it!

For a reasonable cost, you get a sleek case that fits the iPod touch perfectly - no excess at the bottom; just a slim, perfect fit. It's not loose, so it doesn't rattle about - it fits very flush. It adds virtually no bulk to the phone, which is one of the reasons it's earning a perfect five. I can't stand when a case adds unnecessary baggage to the overall iPod experience.

The case is made of a durable composite material, which is completely recycled (so you can feel good about the environment, too!).

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep their iPod safe and scratch free. I'm not usually a clumsy person, so while I probably won't drop it (knock on wood), I feel confident that if I have an accident, the iPod won't be damaged.

So do yourself a favor; forget buying some huge, clunky case and pick one of these up - you won't be disappointed!!

I did a lot of research before deciding to try this case. It turned out to be a great case. The best thing you can say about it is that you stop noticing that it is even there soon after you put it on. It fits the touch very well and helps retain the 'wow factor' in using it. Easy to put on and take off, it provides good protection as well. Highly recommended.

Previously I had a clear hardshell case from Agent 18 for my iPod Touch 1st gen. On my 3g Touch though, this case is disappointing. It is too smooth to give a good grip in the hand, it looks like it might come off easily if dropped on the corners, and the film is the worst I have ever experienced - bubbles everywhere that are impossible to remove. I spent several hours going back and forth, making sure the surface was clean etc etc, the bubbles just won't come out. I even tried again a day later all to no avail. The film that came with the first Agent18 case I had was perfect and easy to apply, just like it should be. Overall, this time, I think it's just an OK product and I wouldn't recommend it. As a replacement, I'm considering my previous number one choice for the iPod Touch 3G, the Speck PixelSkin Rubberized case - though its looks made me opt for the Agent18.

I should also mention that even though I just used it for two days in what I thought was a relatively clean environment (my office, briefcase), there were two specks of dust under the cover already that had made scratches on the back of the iPod. OK, it's not a perfect world, but the clear case on my 1st gen iPod came off with no scratches on the back after more than 1 year of heavy use (the case itself was scratched pretty bad, but the iPod was scratch free believe it or not), so something has changed with the manufacturer and not for the better. At this price, I expected much, much more.

This cover comes at the right price and seems quite durable. You simply stretch it and fit the iPod Touch inside. It makes the iPod Touch easy to grab and hang on to. The separate film screen protector goes on flawlessly. The only drawback for me is that my iPod Touch will find itself tossed in a backpack or pocketbook more often than not. Since the case isn't integrated with the screen cover, dust/debris will undoubtedly find its way underneath the edges of the case around the screen so I will use an additional case of some kind just to make sure I don't wreck it. I'm sure I can recycle something around the house for that. Despite that, this case will certainly protect it from the knocks of life associated with a spouse, 2 dogs and a cat.

Just as advertised. One thing to be aware of is that you have to take the cover off in order to use any docking devices (eg, speakers). Over time, this leads to deterioration of the product. Otherwise, it has a great feel, and protects the vulnerable black iPod from scratches (minus the touch screen).

I installed this immediately after removing my ipod touch from it's packaging. The clear screen cover went on great, no bubbles or dust underneath. This has protected my ipod very well. The other day it slipped out of my hand and flew into the street, bouncing a couple of times on the asphalt. Because of this cover, my ipod had no damage whatsoever. The cover has a great fit as well, with the entire screen and all buttons/connections fully accessible. The only draw back is that it does make it a little more bulky and you would have to remove the cover to use an armband.

doesn't work nearly as good as the official apple adapter. Doesn't pick up radio stations all that well. sets your master volume on your ipod to a capped level if you use the remote volume buttons.

I wanted a simple set of buttons to control my iPod Touch. Just pause, volume, and next/previous. This looked perfect.

Unfortunately, it has problems. First, the connection isn't good ... the maximum volume is less than the native volume, and it will drop by 30% randomly. Jiggling the connection didn't really help. Second, and much worse, use of this remote will cause the iPod's power to drain in about an hour. Even if the iPod is off.

Oh - I never did turn on the FM transmitter. That battery problem is without transmitting.

Just out of the box and it and it does not even work! I plugged it in and it wouldn't even let me change stations it was just stuck on static. Don't be fooled, yes its cheap (and I am a real bargain hunter) but no worth the risk!

I bought this as a cheap fix for an iPod Video with a broken headphone jack. First, I lost the left channel, then the right. this product works for this. It does look cheap, and the two halves of the unit came apart accidently, but were easy enough to put back together. I like having the radio, the instructions aren't the best, but once the stations are memorized, it works fine. It's nice being able to keep the iPod in my pocket, and pause/play from the remote. For $11 this is working fine.

The only negative is that it seems to draw the battery down quickly. It seems to draw power when connected, even when the iPod is sleeping, or even turned off. I'm still researching this, but you may need to unplug it when not in use.

An alternative is the Griffin iPod FM (2nd gen), which at this writing, was on sale at the Griffen site for $20.

It's difficult to figure out what radio station you're listening to. A radio station is indicated on the ipod screen, but it's not necessarily the right radio station. To figure out what station it is, I turn the radio off and then turn it back on. It can be frustrating if you want to change stations constantly. The signal is generally clear though.

I bought this case for its low cost and for the included screen protector film. This item is great if you just splurged on a 2nd generation iPod Touch and you're feeling guilty.

I had bought the Incase sleeve for my 1st generation iPod Touch and loved it. The back of the Incase sleeve was grooved with a woodgrain-like texture to provide a good grip and it adequately defended my iPod against my toddler.

Compared to the Incase sleeeve, the Incipio sleeve doesn't hold up as well. It's fairly slippery and my toddler was able to easily remove the sleeve and pry off the screen protector film. If you keep your iPod Touch in a pants pocket with car keys, watch out.... the car keys could easily slip under the sleeve.

I actually like it better than the glass because swiping is smoother, fingers don't stick under hard gaming.

Touch sensitivity is not affected, which is nice.

When applying, make sure you're not even near a heating vent in your house; kicks up small dust.

This was the first ipod screen protector I've ever tried to apply, but I have applied quite a few other screen protectors on different electronics, so I have a little experience with them... just not on an ipod (mine is an ipod 3G).

Anyway, this was absolutely the easiest screen protector I have ever applied. I even had to pry it up and reapply it because it was a little off the first time. But that didnt pose a problem. The package comes with 2 screen protectors, and since it's so easy to apply, you actually get to use both of them (and not just have 1 for "practice" in case you screw it up). As with any screen protector though, use a little bit of patience, clean your screen before applying, and make sure no lint is on the screen. Took me 20 minutes to rip open the package, read the instructions, clean my ipod, and apply the protector.

I like the way it feels when i glide my finger over it. Very smooth.

Overall, a little pricey, but well worth it because it's headache-free.

This is an above-average screen protector because it's stiffer than average, making it somewhat easier to apply. There are several videos around the net that show how to place this - find one and watch it - that'll make things easier. If things go right, the film drops into place, the air bubbles are easily pushed to the side, and the film provides great visibility and protection from fingerprints. I must've had beginner's luck the first time, because the process went smoothly and quickly. However, on a second try, I struggled. The scotch tape trick for getting rid of dust works, but you have to be careful, else you leave tape residue on the back of the screen (which surprisingly, becomes less noticeable once the film has been down for awhile). The film is supposed to be reusable - and indeed, I was able to wash mine following the directions at the manufacturer's website. It looked clean after washing, but I don't know how I'm going to deal with the dust that got on it when I handled it to put it in storage.

Ordered with Vortex on 8/12, got it on 8/15 (Hint: Vortex is based in Walnut Creek, CA so if you are based in CA, this would be the company to buy from. BTW. They have a lifetime rating of 97% over 6000+ shipment).

I like the slim fit case since it really hugs the iPod. The matted surface feels nice in the hands, making it non-slippery. The chrome case for iPod makes it prone to finger prints and this case is perfect at preventing that. A must for your new iPod.

The purple color is nice (I have a similar one, blue, for my iPhone).

This mic works very well. I taped a yoga class yesterday, where I was moving around and at a distance of 3 - 6 or 8 feet away. It's all perfectly clear. It's got a cute design, the color matches perfectly, but it's a little harder to grip than the ThumbTacks mic -- which also had very little packaging (a cute little cardboard--recyclable!--hanger tag). I think this mic is a little more sensitive than the other.

Wish I could give it 5 stars. It's a terrific little product. It just has way too much wasteful, non-recyclable packaging.

The ImaxPower IMP500 is the best external battery backup for the price that I've seen. I ordered mine after talking to a friend who uses his iPhone constantly throughout the day for his job. He has to phone in sales orders to his main office all day long while he is on the road and he can't afford to have his phone die on him for lack of a charge. He raved about the battery life and the reasonable price, so I did a little research on it and decided to get one for myself.

I got a great price with a special Black Friday deal and it was shipped immediately. The unit is compact and easy to transport (although I wish it came with a case to hold the cables and adapters along with the charger). It charges my iPhone very quickly. I just got a Kindle for Christmas and I'll be able to charge that, too, with the micro USB adapter that comes with it.

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service, too. They personally answer e-mails promptly and do whatever is necessary to satisfy the customer. I wish more companies would treat their customers so well!

I've had this product since August of 09, and have to admit that it truly does what IMAX POWER says it does. The convenience of having a portable battery, moreso with the sheer strength (5000 mAH) that it holds. I've tried other chargers, docking stations, and this one just does such a thorough job of keeping the power flow going. Thank you so much for coming up with a product like this. The battery is great and lasts a very long time. IMAX Power's customer service is great as well. My battery stopped working and I called them and I sent mine back and they sent me a new one with no problems. I will order from them again. Works great for IPOD touch. It however does not work with Motorola Droid. I think it has to do with the electrical power. I think they are working on getting it to work with the Droid as we speak. Thanks for a great product.

It is a little big for my 3rd generation iPod touch, even though the description said it would fit either 2nd or 3rd. The end with the earphone and power jacks comes off frequently, both in my pocket and purse. It also did not overlap the screen protector in one corner, so the protector frequently gets lifted and allows dust to enter that spot. Color is a nice purple.

"Over priced and Ugly" 2009-12-08

I bought this case on the same day I bought my Ipod Touch 3g. I bought it because it was the only case I could find on the market that covered the whole Ipod including the screen. I wish I would have investigated more. LUCKILY I did not pay full price for it. I bought my off off Ebay and I will admit that this may have contributed to it's original condition but not it's later performance. However, I doubt it would be any better had I bought it directly from the factory.

The first thing I noticed was the "protective screen was scratched right out of the box. I'm talking it came from the factory scratched. I had read a review and had seen some others in person where they talked about it being easy to scratch and even coming scratch......I should have listened. As I used the case (I have only had a it for a month and it is already RUINED it's so easy to scratch) I noticed the "oil spill" problem some people have documented. I wasn't too put off by it as it went away after a while.

In addition to the front being easily scratched the back cover was just as prone. Also it seemed to be a magnet for debris. Some how all the dirt seemed to creep into the case or collect around it. It's also very hard to get the dirt out.

I also found the volume and sleep buttons really hard to access. Not to mention it's really hard to get any third party headphone or power cord to work. Not a huge deal, something an adapter fixes but annoying.

I also found upon removing the case to clean it out (which I had to do once a week) it put two linear scractes in the back of the Ipod on the first removal/replacing cycle. Come on......a case that scratches.....

The final straw was when the protective screen cover began to delaminate. Literally the film over top of the screen cover started bubbling up. It began around the home button and spread in all directions. I found that I could re-stick it if the temperature was below 60. But come 61 and it came up again. And even below 60 it would slowly come undone. I WILL admit that i found out later this is a disposable cover that is "supposed" to come off to reveal the real cover but there are no instructions or real explanation to take this off other than "Remove protective cover film before use" note. I realize this could be enough but it's not really clear that there is a film. Plus after taking this plastic off I still don't like the screen.

In summary this case has so many downfalls it's not worth buying at all. It's screen cover is so easily scratched (and I baby my gear) the the screen is quickly so scratched you have to turn the brightness up almost all the way till you don't see it. I am a very patient and understanding person but this case doesn't work.....at all. Even after taking that plastic off I found it was not protective enough and let too much dirt in with no way to get it out.

I recently bought an Otterbox Defender case.......so far this case is GREAT!!!! I'm going to give it a month then write a review for it. It's about the same price and looks GREAT.....check it out or read my review for it in about a month. I feel it's more worth the price tag, has better screen protection and protects the Ipod from shocks and drops better. It also protects the headphone and power jack better AND is A LOT easier to access the sleep and volume buttons. For those reasons alone the Otterbox defender is a better case. But like I said I'll give it a month and see.

this product is fantastic. it means your Ipod touch doesn't accumulate finger prints. it also protects it from when you drop it ( lets face it , who hasn't at some point dropped it.)

many peoplle complain about scartches on the surface of this device. this can be taken case of by removing the thin ( thin) casing face protector.

the case good at protecting the Ipod touch from scratches.

And you could paste jewels ( or stickers) on it, which makes it look nicer, and fancier. Jewels and stickers are not included.

this particular case is only for touch, but a similar product is available for Iphone.

The only two downsides, are that because the case still has openings ( power, volume, charger opening):

a) dust particles, crums or water can still get into the case. particles and crums can be removed by sliding of the case and dusting it our. water is not really removable, in fact don't drop the ipod in any water, the warranty is automatically voided.

b) can't dock the encased ipod to other devices ( fm tuner/ charger for the car radio, or boom box) with out removing the casing. however there is opening for earphones, and the usb connector cabledworks fine with the the case still on.

Shipping was perfect, fast, and convenient.

This case is complete garbage. I bought this case because I didn't want to have to apply a separate screen protector. I am terrible at applying screen protectors, so my hope was to avoid the air bubble problem many screen protectors have. The air bubbles that form with this case, though, are ten times worse than any air bubbles I've had with regular screen protectors.

The biggest flaw with this case, however, is the clasp used to hold the two pieces of the case together. It actually puts large linear scratches in the back of the iPod as you slide it open or closed. This is a terrible product and should be avoided at any cost.

I bought the case with the belt holder at $50. Within 6 weeks the fragile plastic has broken everywhere. The unit has a way to pull the belt clip out and it acts like a stand. It broke first. The unit has built in the belt holder where it keeps the phone from "just" spinning in 360 degree with a ratchet spinner and it broke. So it would never stay in one place. It was always spinning after that.

Then the case itself broke as well. Because this unit was very made from a very cheep plastic, breaks when it is dropped in just the right hit. Then the next time your phone will be damaged because the plastic just moves out of the way.

My recommendation is a case made by Otterbox.

The item arrived by given date and I was excited about it since those jelly wraps wouldnt protect the glass front of the Itouch and turn into dirty rubber covers after a few weeks of use - yuk. This arrived, box intact, not a word of instruction on how to get it onto the Itouch, cloudy and all scratched up. My daughter even asked me who gave it to me, not knowing I'd just plunked down 30 beans for what I thought was a shiny new housing for my itouch. She opted for a gelskin rather than put her beautiful Itouch into what looked like a very dirty front window. Not finding a better, cheaper option and having my old Ipod look like it was enlisted in a war, I kept it, but really - $30??? Plus I have to take it off to charge on my Ihome alarm clock. For $10-15 you accept the cloudy scratched cover, but for $30 I expected something that would keep the vibrance of the Itouch screen visible. P.S. I now barely remember to put it back on after charging on Ihome! And much too late to send back.

I needed an av cord for my ipod that could charge while it played, and this seemed like a solution. It is and it isn't. First of all, when I got it, the plugs were all switched around. The video plug had the red audio plug band around it, and the other two were mixed up the same way. Luckily they're easily screwed off and replaced.

Then, I end up having to fight with my ipod for a good half an hour to get it to recognize the cord is in there. None of my other cords give me problems, just this one. My IPod won't recognize it unless I go through a volley of unplugging and replugging and turning off and on, until it finally works.

Lastly, the usb cord attatched to it isn't nearly long enough to do any good as a charger. Luckily, usb extension cords aren't too expensive, but still, it seems a little silly.

Anyway, to make a long review short, if you're looking for the same thing I was, something so you can watch stuff from your ipod on your tv while charging it, get a different cord. This one isn't worth the price or the effort.

The seller's description says that the cable works with all sorts of Ipods, including the Itouch. The reality is that it does not work with my Ipod touch (3rd gen). This cable is not supported. I should have read the reviews before buying the cable. The cable works just fine with older Ipods with video, but the resolution is not so great (not even close to regular TV quality). I was ready to return this item because right audio channel (red) and video (yellow) did not seem to work. Then, for some reason, I tried switching them, and it worked. So, with that caveat, it seems to work, at least with my 120 GB Ipod classic.

My other comment is that the USB cable is way too short. I was hoping to use it to plug the RCA jacks into my stereo, and the USB into a USB wall plug to charge the Ipod while I use it. The USB cable is so short, though, the wall outlet can only be about a foot from the stereo. I guess I could get a USB or power extension cable.

I got this for my brother and he loved it. This ipod is so PORTABLE, it's amazing. It's small, really light and with great capacity, sound is very good too, I recommend it. Even with a case (I got the Incipio dermashot I believe, it's a silicone one), the ipod is really slim, so if size is your priority this is definitely your best choice.

I bought this iPod to replace the exact same one that I lost. I added music to it, but once I disconnected it it was dead. The battery would not charge at all and the device would not even turn on.

I couldn't wait for this case to come in the mail. It was exactly what I thought it would be. I had bought this on their actual website for only about $10 plus 3 dollars shipping so it's cheaper to

get it there since they were having the sale for it and they have VERY fast shipping which took

only two days! Can u believe that?

Anyways, the actual case is this really nice lime green color like in the picture but it came with a matte finish which I thought was really cool. The name "barely there" is so true since it doesn't even feel like it's on. The case also came with a very nice screen protector which was very convienant. The only con I can think of is that it costs more on amazon for some reason so be sure to get it on the actual website since they're having a sale on it for only ten bucks!

I looked at a lot of different armbands for my iPod Classic, and decided on Case Logic. I agree with the other reviews that it needs a closure at the top to keep the iPod in place, but haven't had it slip out yet. Yes the screen is a bit difficult to read because of the plastic they used as a protective covering, but overall it fit my needs. I did discover that it has a compartment for you ID, credit card, or room key if you are staying at a hotel, which is nice. I would recommend this product, and if you are worried about a closure at the top just add a piece of velcro yourself.

This is a great product but not for the 120. The 120 is upside down and will not be secured properly!!! I had a friend that had the IPod 80 and gave it to her. It is perfect for the 80. I do not know if it will serve the 160. Had I not had someone to pass it on to I would have been very disappointed because it fits beautifully!!!

This is a really nice carrier but with one drawback...

Adding a simple Velcro to the top opening will keep your iPod in the case in the event that you don't stay vertical. As is it tends to slip out if you have it on when you use a weight bench etc. Would of been nice if they thought of that and included it from the factory. But it's easy enough to add your own.

After a minor 'heart attack' when I knocked my iPod Touch from its perch on the treadmill, I decided to bite the bullet and pick up an arm band.

All told, this arm band works fine.

Pros:

+The see-thru shield is clear enough for it to promptly and accurately register my touch commands

+I've never had the iPod slip out

+The elastic band stays in places

+No arm chaffing with short sleeves so long as I'm NOT moving my arms vigorously (works great for the elliptical machine)

+Built in pocket to place earbuds, though it's a bit tight

Cons:

-Chaffs the heck out of my arm when walking or running on the treadmill...short sleeve shirts and vigorous arm movements don't mesh.

-End of arm band strap is too thick...it contributes to the chaffing and rubs against my shirt as well. I've seen other armbands with much more low-profile straps

Overall, works as intended. Not bad, but not great.

"Looks great, but works poorly" 2009-09-21

I bought this item about 3 weeks ago for my iPod Touch. The delivery was speedy, and I was very pleased with the aesthetics of the case. It definitely looks great, no doubt about it.

I was super happy - until recently. I had to take my iPod out of the case because it won't work in my radio dock with it on. I was very careful, but two of the four little plastic clips that hold the case together broke off. Thus, I had to tape the case shut on one side when I put it back on my iPod. And to top things off, the belt clip came off when I was running today and now my iPod is ruined. The skrew that holds the belt clip came loose and my iPod smashed on the concrete. I always made sure that the clip is tightened, but there's a round sticky tape thing that is supposed to hold the skrew in place inside the case, which had come off without me noticing since, like I said, it's inside the case.

You get what you pay for!

I purchased this case for my iPod touch and I am very happy with it. I carry my iPod in my purse or pocket al the time and was having trouble with it getting scratched. This case protects it very well. The controls and ports are all easily accessible, so you don't have to remove the case to charge it. I have been using mine every day for 2 months and so far it has been very durable. I had previously tried a plastic "incase" shell but it seemed to offer very little protection of any kind and was quite expensive. The magnetic closure is very convenient. I think this is a very well-made little case and an excellent value for the price.

Received my Ipod Touch pink case yesterday. Well Made, great fit for my Ipod, takes up very little space in my handbag. The interior seems to have a felt-like lining. It totally encases the Ipod except for the face and the various ports for which you need access. I covered the face with a Power Support anti-glare shield, so now it is totally protected. I use a Pogo stylus (long fingernails) which works great and it fits in the fold of the "wallet". The case has a magnetic clasp which does not interfere with the operation. Yes, it did have a slight order to it, but seems to be disapating. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 - I haven't had it long enough to see how well it will wear. If it gives a good life span I would give it 5.

I was excited when I first got this in the mail. It did smell kind of bad to begin with but after airing it out it was fine. I use my Ipod all the time, it's always at my side. Unfortunately the case isn't... The corners all have this binding on it to keep it from ripping. Well after about two weeks it came off, then the case started ripping. It's really bad where the charger is. I would recommend it if you occasionally use your Ipod, but if you're like me and use it all the time, don't waste your money.

This case fits my generation 2 iPod touch perfect! Light pink looks better in person than in the pic. It has a magnet to close that is all internal so nothing gets scratched. I never have to take it out of the case because there is openings for your charger, headphones, volume and power switches. Stitching is perfect. The only negative I can say is that when I took it out of the package it had a stinky smell like a cleaner or something but it goes away in 2-3 days of airing it out. I love it so much I am ordering one for my daughters iPod. Great price and great quality!

Got the iLive a few weeks ago. It does have great sound for its size and there are 2 separate alarm times you can set to either beeping or iPod/iPhone. I do have a few quibs. First, the buttons feel very cheap and make a clicking sound when you press them. Reminds me of the clickers dog trainers use, only not as loud. Second, the process of adjusting the alarm settings is not very easy. The instruction pamphlet tells you how to set it, but doesn't tell you how to turn it off (who wrote this thing???). There is an "alarm off" button, but when you push it, it doesn't actually turn the alarm off, it just resets it to wake you up the next day. To turn it off, you have to hold down the "alarm off" button while pushing the "source" button and scroll through until the alarm icon disappears. My Sony egg clock/radio has more buttons, but is more user friendly. All in all, it does its job.

I bought this clock because I've had a heck of a time finding something affordable to work with my iPhone. This DID work with my iPhone, no problem.

However, I'm also a heavy snooze user, and I found that if I had this phone set to iPod wake mode and hit snooze once, the next time the alarm went off it would be the buzzer. That defeated the whole purpose for me - I wanted to wake to music.

The sound is good, the clock itself is lightweight and portable, and other than what I described above, this was a good value for the money. I just can't deal with waking to a buzzer.

did anyone notice that the a/v output was not working on the unit you purchased. audio out works fine but the video out part did not work at all. i tried it with the ipod video, ipod touch 2g and the ipod nano curve. please let me know if this feature works on the one you purchased.i have exchanged the unit twice with no luck. i purchased my unit from Crutchfield Electronics, but now i am considering purchasing one from Amazon if this feature indeed does work. email me if possible at [..] thank you for your feedback.

Works great - my only complaint is that it comes with a nice little pouch, but the pouch is open at the top, so it has slipped out a few times when traveling (hence a 4 rating). It charges a little slower than my iphone charger, but for travel with many different electronics - being able to replace the head for multiple items it great. All in all I'm very happy.

For the price, the value works out because of everything you get. Two things to take into consideration: the USB charging cable (as another reviewer pointed out) doesn't fit well so it does fall out. I ordered this lot of iPod accessories for my new Apple iPod touch 32 GB (3rd Generation) NEWEST MODEL and everything works as described. I thought about getting the the 15 item bundle instead **15-Item SUPER ACCESSORY BUNDLE ** for Apple iPod Touch 2nd Gen 8GB 16GB 32GB Includes: Black Silicone Skin, White Silicone Skin with Armband, Crystal Hard Case, Leather Case, Screen Protector, Earphones, Earphone Splitter, AUX Cable, Wall Charger Adap... but it had even more stuff that I didn't think I would ever use for $28.94 whereas the 8 item bundle was only $19.94.

The silicone case is quite thin, but fits nicely over my 3rd Gen iPod Touch. I'm not sure if it's that well protected from a drop, but it should be fine for keeping away scratches. (Then again who am I kidding, iPods can essentialy be scratched by breathing on them). It doesn't interfere with my wi-fi signal at all which some reviewers say is the case with Speck PixelSkin Rubberized Case for iPod touch 2G (Black) and is the only reason why I didn't purchase that case, not to mention this bundle has a few extras for just slightly more money.

I immediately threw away the clear snap on case. I've had bad experiences with all snap on cases on any electronic I've ever had (mainly not being able to get them off, and in the process majorly scratching my electronic device). I must say that the plastic case, felt pretty cheap and very thin, if you are interested in the clear case. It has a belt clip on the back of it.

The clear LCD Screen protector works great! It fits on the front of the iPod perfectly and just has a hole for the bottom button. It was easy to apply to (just line it up striaght).

I tried out the car charger in my car and it worked fine with the retractable charger cable that is provided in this accessory. It has a red light when charging, and I'm not sure if it goes green when it's fully charged or not. (Sorry, didn't want to wait around and find out).

The power adapter (wall charger) was weird. When I tried it out in my room, I got a message on my iPod that said "This type of charging device is not supported." So I decided to try it out in my kitchen and it worked fine. I also tried it out in my living room and it charged fine so I'm not sure why I got that message the 1st time I tried charging.

The fishbone earphone cord management and mesh travel bag are nice added extras as well.

Overall, this is the best value for your money, unless you want even more accessories in the 15-item iPod bundle. I am very happy with my purchase. If you're worried about dropping your ipod, I'd probably get the other case listed above. Once again, the black silicone case is very very thin. Lastly, I ordered this product on a Monday night (shipped Wednesday), and I received it Friday.

I ordered this mainly for the chargers. The biggest setback with having an ipod touch is that the speakerbox that Apple makes for all the other ipods has a charging feature that is not compatible with the ipod touch. So, unless you have your computer handy whenever you need a charge, you are S.O.L. The retractable cord is a good idea although the part that plugs into the ipod keeps falling out. I have to lay my ipod flat on the table (taken out of the cover) and can't touch it until its done charging. The silicone case that comes with it is great and the mesh bag comes in handy as well. Overall I am disappointed in the quality of the charging accessories.

I received an iPod Touch for Christmas, and as soon as I picked it up, I knew I would need some type of protection for it, as well as something that provides some texture to minimize the chance of slipping out of my hand (the form factor of the Touch makes that a real possiblility, especially if you are playing any game that utilizes wrist flicks or hand movement). A lot of the cases/skins I looked at seemed to favor style over substance, or were hard to remove, or difficult to access the bottom jacks. The Marware product is not fancy, but it does several things I wanted:

- reasonable price - $15.82 on Amazon

- easy to install

- easy to remove

- provides a good textured grip

- provides good edge protection

- easy to access bottom jacks

- easy to access iPod control buttons

You simply apply the screen protector sheet (extras are provided), then slip on the cover itself. Unfortunately, it does hide the beauty of the iPod Touch, but you can always pull the cover off if you want to admire your iPod. It also does not provide any type of belt clip or armband for running or exercise, but I prefer to use an older iPod I have for those more hazardous types of activities. Overall, I think it is a good product.

If you are looking for an ultra-thin protective skin/case, then give this one a shot. All ports and buttons are covered and can be easily accessed whenever. Already an excellent silicone case, the Marware Sport Grip goes beyond most other skins by also protecting the iPod Touch's charging port. The case itself is velvety smooth, fits snuggly, packaged in a nice plastic box, covers the volume rocker and hold button (making them easier to push), and comes with a screen protector. My only complaint is that the Marware does attract quite a bit of dust, and that the screen protector smudges easily and doesn't come with removable tabs to help during application (you have to hold the screen protector directly so it's possible to get finger prints underneath). However, since this is the only case I could find that also covers the charging port, the Marware gets high marks for both its form, price, and function.

This little thing is cute. I have the 80GB iPod classic and it just fits in this sock. It's very snug and almost doesn't cover it completely. Would work better for smaller iPods. But for the price, you can't beat it.

If your iPod (of this size) has a skin on it, it might be even harder to fit properly. You need the slick texture of the plain iPod to have this go on/off easily.

This case protects every part of my ipod. The only openings it has are for the usb cable, the hold button, and the headphone jack. Everything else is completly covered. I bought one for my wife a year or so ago and it's been pretty good. My main complaint is that it seems to be very unforgiving if you don't "eject" it from iTunes before you disconnect the cable.

This has happened twice. The end result is that it "blows it's brains out" and renders the device useless.

The last time it was completely dead. I plugged it in for my wife while the screen on our laptop was folded down. I thought it would be fine to charge it. I didn't see the battery charging symbol on the Nano so I flipped the screen up to start iTunes and let it charge. iTunes could not recognise the Nano and no matter what I did I could not get the Nano to start or respond in any way. I tried all combinations of buttons and found that holding the button and the pause down at the same time for 5-10 seconds that it re-boots the device.

I had to do a "restore" and then sync to get all the music back and then it was fine. Other than that, as long as you're careful, it's been just fine.

DO NOT BUY.

First of all, this product was very misleading, the picture was the first generation ipod touch, although it says it is for the 2nd generation.

Not knowing for sure, i ordered because it was reallly cheap.

When i recieved it, i was pissed off to find they were not for either ipod touch generations, but the iphone, which really pissed me off.

First of all the hole for the home button was too big, it had an iphone speaker cut out, and it was too skinny so the screen was exposed on the sides.

Japenese dumbasses dont know what the hell they are doing.

I purchased this cable hoping it would work and after initally thinking it wouldn't, figured out the problem...you have to get your TV on the right AV channel. I can play any movie I rent, bought, or home movie I've transferred to my ipod on my new TV, my very old TV with doesn't have the red, yellow, white ports (I just run it through my ports on the VCR). I've even taken it to watch movies on the TV on our last cruise while we were killing time before the ship restaurants, bars and activites. The only drawback is that I've noticed that the picture isn't totally compatible. The edges are cut off a bit, but it still works.

This product does not play video for and ipod touch or an iphone because it does not have a authenticity chip in the connector. If you want to play video you HAVE to buy the apple cord. There is no way around it.

Amazon should stop bundling this product with the iPod Touch. I purchased it with my Touch, and my Touch says the car charger is not compatible with the charger. I have not tried the wall charger yet. The plastic case is so flimsy I would not trust hooking my $270 Touch in it.

I'd return it, but I foolishly tossed the packaging, and the trash was picked up before I could test out the product. My bad!

Pros:

It comes with a set of ear buds and a head phone splitter so two people can listen at once.

It comes with a silicone case and an armband.

You also get an extra USB cable and a little mesh bag you can hold extra accessories in.

Cons:

I went to use the wall charger and now I CANNOT get the USB plug out of the adapter. I was using the USB cable supplied with my 3rd Gen iPod Touch. I ended up having to SAND the USB end and flour up my fingers and hand to be able to get it out.

The hard plastic case and the leather case both have non-removable belt clips.

The leather case has magnets in it.

The retractable cable doesn't roll back in that easily or well.

Other thoughts:

It comes with a car charger, screen protector, and a cable I believe is used to hook into your car's audio system. I cannot grade these as I have not used them yet.

Ok, so this case is better in real life than in the picture.

I'll start with some Good and Bads.

Goodies:

Durable

Fits Perfectly

Sturdy/Tough

Stretchable and won't break

Bads:

Tough to get out of Pocket

Dust magnet

So, they're far more goods than bads.

I dropped my iPod almost 10 times, and since the case overlaps around the front of the iPod, no broken pieces at ALL!

If you're looking to add decals to the blank back:

This is not the case you want. When I tries to put decals on, they just slid, washed, or rubbed off.

This silicon case looks good on iPod but its a big dust magnet. Also the rubbery material makes hard to take your iPod out of your pocket as it gets sticky and it doesnt go out or comes out very easily. I have used this one for one and a half week and shifted to an InCase slider case. But overall its a good product for the price range. Ya one more thing i like the accessories given with this case.

I bought this just thinking I was getting the ipod case- it also comes with a car charger and wall charger and a screen protector. (A nice surprise! And what a bargain!)

Case- Very good. I ordered the pink one- it's light and clear, but still distinctively pink. I like that its thin enough that I can put it into my ipod stereo with the cover on.

Screen cover- average quality

Chargers- they have a retractable type cord, which is short. Can be kind of awkward to charge- mine kind of hangs there when I charge it; but you don't have to wait for it charge via your computer.

A great bargain- would buy it again.

Case: Good, works well and not so tight and not too loose, just perfect.

Chargers: Wall charger works fine, though when i plug it in the touch screen becomes a bit Unresponsive. I wouln't mind if you don't use it while charging.

Screen Protector: Not bad, I got dirt on it by accident so I had to throw it away.

This is a great case for the iPod Touch! I looked around a so many different cases and never found one that was exactly what I wanted until I ran across this one. It has a good, professional look, appears to be made of quality materials, fits the Touch like a glove and provides great access to all the controls and ports. It clips onto your belt or waistband securely.

The flip-up cover is secured when closed by a magnet (rather than velcro like several other similar cases). It holds the cover closed fairly securely as well.

The only drawback to this case that I've run across so far in a month of use is that it can sometimes be a little difficult to touch objects at the edges of the screen because of how deeply the screen is recessed. But, once you get used to it, it's really not a problem.

Highly recommended!

This Pixelskin case is my second case for my iPod, but I have to admit that my Griffin from the Dollar Tree was a tad better. First, the one from dollar tree was slimmer, and was easier to use with docks. I made a homemade dock out of the dock adapter and data cable, but unfortunately, with this case, my ipod does not DOCK anymore!

Good quality build though, as well as material quality. It is made out of durable quality material, which I have noticed after removing and putting on the case so many times.

The grip is so-so, compared to my $1 case from dollar tree. The one I had, had "dots" on the back to give it extra grip.

The product is overall great, if you do not plan on using with a dock. But is a pain in the ... if you have an expensive docking system, etc.

My main concern here is the compatibility of the product with other products.

This is an excellent case for an iPod Touch (2G). This one is on my wife's Ipod. I have the same case in black on mine. I ordered it because I liked the design and look of this case. Now that I have it, I love it. This case is very sturdy and feels quite comfortable in your hand with the rubber grip it provides. It protects your investment nicely. The buttons on my iPod Touch actually feel more pronounced with his case. It seems easier to use the volume and power buttons. It is easy to put the screen protector and it covers the whole screen with space for home key.
