It fits good w/ screen protector. However it is hard to remove case from iPod Touch without almost breaking it. Screen protector leaves no bubbles and comes with cloth to wipe screen. Good deal for a cheap case; buy it for looks not durability.

This product works GREAT if you have absolutely no stickers or backing on your iPod touch. I had a thin sticker "skin" on only the backside and it would not work.
I think it should stay closed, however, if all you have is the screen protector.
